Hong Kong Industry: Important Partner Kick-off Conference

In order to let the public better understand the development and achievements of Hong Kong's new industrialization and pay more attention to industrial technological innovation, Hong Kong Productivity Council held the "Hong Kong Industry: Important Partner Kick-off Conference" on January 8, 2024.
More than 40 entrepreneurs from different industries attended the conference, and eight members of the Hong Kong Smart Catering Association were also invited to attend: Ckone, Luen Tai Hong, 2+3, 香港手信, Hop Lee Frozen Meat Co. Ltd., and Wing Fat Tea Restaurant, Eternal express corporation limited and Taste of Asia Group Limited. Invited companies communicated and shared their successful “implementation” cases of new industrialization at the meeting.
In addition, Hong Kong Secretary for Innovation, Technology and Industry Sun Dong said at the conference that the Hong Kong SAR government will officially launch optimization measures for the "New Industrialization Funding Program" on January 8, 2024. Enterprises can carry out up to three projects at the same time, and up to received funding of HK$45 million. The Hong Kong Smart Catering Association will continue to pay attention to relevant measures and work with its members to support the development of the "New Industrialization Funding Program" and assist more catering companies to set up smart production lines and carry out industrial technology upgrades and transformations.
