New Industrialization Successful Cases Symposium on the Food Industry
The Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC) held this seminar, hoping to further help the new industrialization of the food industry. Our Association (HKSCA) was invited to assist in organizing. At the meeting, HKPC introduced the five characteristics of new industrialization and clarified that new industries will bring many benefits to enterprises and society. In addition, HKPC also shared with the guests the resources and funding provided by the government for the food industry, and some industry peers also shared their success stories.
Mr. Arist WONG, our founding chairman, was also invited to share a successful case with the guests: the smart food processing production line of CK ONE. The original intention of the establishment of this production line is to apply the advantages of new industrialization: higher industrial value-added, better economic benefits, lower resource consumption, and less environmental pollution to the food industry to help the development of food industrialization. It is hoped that through this seminar, we can exchange experience with the guests and industry insiders, learn from each other, and contribute to the new industrialization of the food industry.
